Warrack Park

This little Mount Coolum park was recommended to us by a local mum, Christine, and I’m so glad she told us about it! My son had the best time climbing, racing around the bike track and tackling the big slide.

There’s a really good mix of equipment here, with lots of different climbing areas, a big slide, swings, seesaw and rocking horse. The bike and scooter path loops around the playground too, and my son thought this was awesome, zooming around it again and again.

The flying fox at the back was another highlight, although it can get quite fast, so little ones may need a helping hand. There’s also a huge grassy area, plenty of shade from the trees and shade sail, plus an undercover BBQ and table if you want to bring morning tea.

Just keep in mind there are no toilets and the playground isn’t fenced.
