I visited while my little ones were at daycare, so I didn’t use the Kids Club myself, but I absolutely loved how the kids space is right there while you work out.

The Club for Mums focuses on helping women return to exercise safely, with classes designed to support different stages of motherhood. Exercises can be adapted to suit each person, so you can work at the level that feels right for you.

There are different classes to choose from, including Fit Club and Lift Club. I tried Fit Club when I visited and really enjoyed the smaller group environment and having a coach there to demonstrate the exercises and provide support when needed.

The Kids Club is such a handy addition for mums who want that hour to exercise. It caters for little ones in a dedicated kids space, with sessions designed to include activities that support things like fine and gross motor skills, hand eye coordination, turn taking and problem solving.

Kids are also welcome at classes even if you don’t use Kids Club, and when Kids Club isn’t operating, families can use the kids space at their own responsibility.

There’s also a social room and kitchen with a microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle, plus a toilet with a nappy changing area, which are all little details that make being there with kids easier.

When you arrive, look for the concrete letterbox marked 43-45, then head towards Unit 9.

We visited February 2025. While we do our best to keep our listings up to date, information can change. We recommend checking The Club for Mums’ website or social media for the current timetable, membership options and Kids Club availability before visiting.
