When we first found out about this place, it honestly sounded too good to be true. There is so much support available for mums and families, completely free, so we went along to experience it for ourselves.

And honestly, they’re the Sunshine Coast unicorn mums need.

Peach Tree is so much more than yoga and Pilates classes for mums. There’s music therapy, craft, connection groups, support programs and spaces where mums can show up exactly as they are and connect with other women in the same season of life.

And somehow, all of it is completely free. There are no free trials or hidden costs, just genuine support for Sunshine Coast families from pregnancy through to five years.

One of the things that stayed with us most was their Baby Buddies, volunteers who support mums during classes and groups so they can have a moment to focus on themselves while still keeping their babies close.

The more we learnt about Peach Tree, the more special it felt, because this isn’t just somewhere to attend a class. It’s a place for support, community and connection during a season of life that can sometimes feel isolating.

We genuinely left wishing something like this had existed when we first became mums, and we’re so thankful it’s now available for Sunshine Coast families.
