The Lions Park in Noosaville has been here since I was a little girl, and now I get to bring my own kids here! Sitting right on the Noosa River and includes the Pirate Playground., there’s so much to do for different ages, and it’s such an easy spot to spend a few hours.

There are different play structures for little ones to explore, including a smaller toddler friendly area, plus a merry go round and mini in ground trampoline. I couldn’t get my daughter off the trampoline when we visited, she absolutely loved it!
There’s plenty of shade, including a shade sail over the playground, as well as a big covered BBQ area and smooth pathways for bikes and scooters. The Big Pelican is nearby too, which is always fun to show the kids.
Pack the swimmers on a warm day because the river is just steps away, with a sandy area that’s great for a splash. Just keep a close eye on little ones as the playground isn’t fenced and the river is right beside it.
We visited August 2026. While we do our best to keep our listings up to date, information can change. We recommend checking Noosa Council’s website before visiting.
