Maroochy Lions Park

I’d driven past this park SO many times without realising what was here! The rocking motorbike was an instant favourite with my little one, and I practically had to peel him off it when it was time to leave.

There’s plenty to keep little ones busy, with a big play fort, monkey bars, climbing walls, balance beams, swings, a seesaw and more. The playground is shaded too, which is always a win, and there’s loads of grass if you want to bring a picnic or kick a ball.

The pathways are great for bikes and scooters, and the park sits right beside Eudlo Creek, making it a lovely spot to spend a morning. Just keep in mind that the Fishermans Road Markets are held here every Sunday, so parking can get much busier then.
