Lions Park Noosa Heads

Sometimes you just need somewhere for the kids to burn some energy between everything else you’re doing in Noosa! Lions Park is only a short walk from Hastings Street, with a playground, loads of grass and the river right beside it.

My little one loved climbing around the playground, and there’s a mix of equipment including a slide, swings, rockers and plenty more to explore. There are also shaded tables, BBQs and a huge grassy area, making it a handy spot for a picnic.

You’re right on the banks of the Noosa River too, with a sandy area beside the park that can be lovely for a splash depending on conditions. Parking is directly beside the playground, but as you’d expect in Noosa, it can fill up quickly when it’s busy.
