There’s plenty for little ones to explore, with climbing equipment, slides, swings, sand play and a smaller junior play fort. The beautiful big trees provide loads of natural shade, and there are pathways, grassy areas and plenty of spots to set up for a picnic.
One thing we always recommend packing is mozzie repellent, especially during the warmer months. You may also spot flying foxes roosting in the trees during the day, and depending on the time of year there can be quite a few of them. They didn’t bother us when we visited, but just something to be aware of before you go. There’s also a little pond in the park which isn’t fenced, so we keep a close eye on the kids around the water.
We visited August 2025. While we do our best to keep our listings up to date, information can change. We recommend checking Sunshine Coast Council’s website before visiting.
