Sometimes you need something that’s actually for YOU, but where your little one can come along too. Good Groove Co. is exactly that, a fun, no pressure dance class where mums can move, have a laugh and connect with other mums.

Dancing has always been something that makes me feel good, so I absolutely loved taking my bub along to Good Groove Co. Brooke and Camille have created a really warm, welcoming space where you don’t need any dance experience and there’s no pressure to get every move right.

Each week you learn a new beginner friendly routine, while little ones can play, watch, join in or be carried while you dance. It makes it such a nice option when you want to do something for yourself without needing to organise someone to look after the kids.

The dancing is only part of what makes this one special though. Afterwards everyone stays for a cuppa and catch up, giving you a chance to actually meet and connect with the other mums in the class.

You can book ahead if you prefer, but you don’t need to. Casual visits are welcome, so you can simply turn up and join the class when it works for you.
