As mums, we’re always looking for outings that are easy, low cost and actually keep little ones engaged, and this spot quietly ticks so many boxes.
The kids’ area is such a standout, with an activity wall, cosy reading cubbies and a play zone where little ones can explore. There’s also a covered outdoor reading area if you want some fresh air while you’re there.
Then there are all the extras we didn’t realise were available, from the toy library and free story sessions to kids’ audiobooks for car rides and plenty of books to borrow. There’s even a coffee shop on the ground floor, which is always a bonus when you’re visiting with little ones.
It’s one of those places we keep coming back to because there’s plenty to do without needing to plan a big outing, and it takes some of the mental load out of figuring out what to do with the kids.
We visited June 1. While we do our best to keep our listings up to date, information can change. We recommend checking the Sunshine Coast Libraries website or social media before visiting.
