There’s a great mix for different ages, with a smaller play area for little ones and an impressive 8 metre play tower for bigger kids, plus slides, climbing equipment, swings and plenty more to explore.

The pathways around the lake are great for bikes, scooters or a pram walk, and there are plenty of grassy areas and picnic spots if you want to stay for lunch. My son loved heading down towards the water to spot the ducks too.

Just keep an eye on little wanderers around the lake, as there are spots where they can easily access the water’s edge.
